Track ASHA health workers on field
The Govt. of India has decided to launch a National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) to address the health needs of rural population, especially the vulnerable sections of society. One of the key components of the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) is to provide every village in the country with a trained female community health activist ASHA. The full form of ASHA is Accredited Social Health Activist.
ASHA will be trained to work as an interface between the community and the public health system. ASHA will be the first port of call for any health related demands of deprived sections of the population especially women and children who find difficult to access health services. ASHA caters to a population norm of 5000 but is effectively serving much larger population at the sub center level especially in EAG states with only about 50% MPW (M) being available in these states the Auxiliary Nurse Midwife is heavily over work which impacts outreach services in rural areas. In order to create awareness among the rural people about this problem and this problem and to help them Accredited Social Health Activist [ASHA] was formed.
Now a day’s Accredited Social Health Activist [ASHA] is becoming popular among rural population with its Reproductive and Child Health [RCH] activities and other health care programs. Therefore an attempt is made to study the role of Accredited Social Health Activist [ASHA] in improving the health needs of rural population.
The study is carried out in order to determine the effectiveness of the plan and to create more awareness among the public about ASHA plans
District consists of taluk, from each taluk one panchayat is selected at random. Thereafter from each panchayat a sample respondents is selected. Most of the ASHA were aware about their responsibility regarding ANC, immunization, tuberculosis, leprosy, malaria, high risk pregnancy but none of the ASHA were having specific information on schedule of immunization, how to detect TB & leprosy cases. Almost all were aware that they would be getting performance based incentive but none of them were aware about how much incentives they will exactly get while doing that particular work.
Report From Anywhere
T 57 enables ASHS Workers to punch-in to work from anywhere on the field. This lets them get straight to work without having to come to office only to handle the attendance routine.
Real-time Synchronization of Attendance Status
T-57 Enables transparently synchronizes the attendance data with the server on a real-time basis. If the user has connectivity issues or is offline, the information is saved locally and then gets transparently synchronized with the 9trax server as soon the user gets online.
Download Detailed Reports
The web dashboard gives a detailed report of the users’ attendance records. The reporting heads can view and download the attendance data of individual users for a select date range.
