Step 1 - the human Resource Department provides wrist band unique to each employee connected with employee identification number
Step 2 - employee is given a link to download an App for Covid compliance and contactless attendance. Employees download the app and pair it with the wristband
Step 3 - wristband has a temperature and a Heartbeat sensor. The Heartbeat sensor informs the system whether the person is wearing it on his hand. Any data which is not coming from the human body is auto discarded. The temperature sensor gets half hourly reading of the skin temperature and reports it to the server. The data is carried from the wrist band server through the app downloaded on the employees’ phone. The wristband picks 48 temperature readings in 24 hours and can store data of 7-15 days in case the app is not connected directly at that time.
Step 4 - the Covid compliance server has already pre -set business rules to analyze the data received from the employee. The system analyses the data and decides to grant or revoke access to the office for medical reasons. Granting of access is automatically communicated to the employee through the app by generating a 'daypass' with QR code. The employee shows the QR code to the QR Code Reader at the office Gate to get access to the office. For Gates with card readers, the cards with granted access remains activated and rest gets deactivated. For whom the right was revoked gets an email asking to get in touch with HR departments. A typical rule of the server is to check at least 20 readings from temperature sensor in 24 hour period and normal temperature curve for last 7 days.
Step 5 - when the employee is inside the office, wristband becomes a very important tool for social distancing. The wrist band can sense whenever the wristband is within the 3 meter range of another person with Bluetooth device and can generate alerts through buzzers and can also notify the user whenever it detects a crowd like situation
Step 6 - wristband performs multiple actions through sensors and wireless communication. The most important is:
(1) Continuous temperature monitoring and reporting via Internet.
(2) Access control through QR pass.
(3) Contactless attendance system.
(4) Social distancing tool using Proximity Sensor.
